I get the impression reading through here that a lot of people have given up and those that haven't are more focused on the long term .The chart looked like it might break upwards a couple of weeks ago but is now just grinding away.

It's therefore obvious that these will have a bit of a surge before too long ,sentiment is low ,technicals are ordinary ,they've actually been so oversold that everyone's been pummelled into submission . There's strong upside from here and when it turns it'll turn quickly
