    One way or another the odds are that they're very much at or near the bottom. The big query is how long you have to wait before it turns around .Because everyone seems to think it could be a way off ,one of the reasons why they keep getting sold down by the way , my feeling is that given half reasonable market conditions they'll head back up soon
