UBS buying up to just under 5% DTE on someones behalf (SSE?), could easily be selling down igas knowing the SP's are coupled with the igas offer as good as done (failing a better offer), making 'a better offer' now anything over about 16c AU per share based on latest igas price (as opposed to 19c when original offer was made).
Would have to be something north of 20c if all cash was offered, would hope north of 25c, but the lower igas goes the more likely DTE shareholders will sell out for anything around the 20c mark.
