If I gas is manipulated, it's very cheap manipulation.
It goes down on very small volume. Even though it has given up 25% there are no buyers stepping in to hoover up a bargain. Back when Dart was being manipulated, the shorters were dumping millions of shares and following up with millions more until any bargain hunters got the message they would only lose money. Igas only trades a couple of hundred thousand on most days.
