So income trades or cost trades only
any other thoughts (words) to me is getting emotional
so as mentioned by others just do some hindsight analysis of the trades and see if it was possible to not have had those cost trades.
Sometimes it is just the way it becomes and the trade was just a cost trade that you had no real influence over, meaning analysis and points of entry etc
