Dinner:
Pork cutlets. I'm going to char these real quick on the BBQ and then coat them in a spicy tomatoe sauce.
A 'bastardised' caprese salad.
Very ripe tomatoes from my garden, boccincini, thyme, parsley, kalamata olives, white onion, balsamic, oil.
And crusty bread to clean up the plate.
Yummmmm.
