I write a 5 line summary at the end of every day and send to my partner.
Even days where I haven't completed any trades I will just summarise observations.
Its super helpful for myself and she actually picks up trends in my observations that I miss.
She is aware of all my big wins and losses. I definitely encourage the communication.
