    Unfortunately comes with the territory, some days you're literally on a high & others exactly the feelings & emotional stress you're describing.

    Taking smaller positions until you're more confident can help imo, smaller positions smaller losses, lower stress levels.

    Also when you learn to cut losers early, yes it will sting at the time, but hell the feeling is liberating specially when you look back & see stock went down even further, you're also freeing funds to be available for other opportunities that may pop up. As traders & specially beginners we all fall in the trap of holding on to losers waiting for sp to go back up & in specland that could be never or a hell of a long time if you're lucky enough.

    I know this doesn't help relief your current stress but I suspect it maybe a big contributing factor, so long term can help you with the mental stress you are currently experiencing & hopefully eliminate it.
