just reading some of the comments, i would have thought this volatility with bios. especially would be providing some great d/t opportunities. don't get me wrong, i'm not the worlds greatest trader but some experience, focus and discipline would be providing income to many. only wish my headspace was in a better place atm. these are ideal trading conditions so if your day/swing/scalping for 10-20% is not working (and that is the definition of day trading) may be time to re-assess the approach or take some time out geez i can't wait to get back to my 'center'
