This is not one I've looked at previously and know very little about their business.
Based on the monthly chart alone, it needs to maintain support above ~$12.8 otherwise further falls may be seen. I wouldn't be comfortable to buy based on the chart currently. I'd want to see the price recover and hold support ~$14.
