qgc & aoe STO acquires Tipperary's interst in Fairview CSG

Santos Limited (STO) has acquired a 75.25% interesting the Fairview
/Comet Ridge coal seam gas (CSG) project from Tipperary Corporation,
resulting in an increase in STO's 2P gas reserves of 50% and an increase
of 10% in annual production.

Comparisons with other CSG companies, AOE, CHX, QGC, and SGL show
CHX to appear reasonably priced, with AOE and QGC offering best value.
We retain our BUY recommendations on AOE and QGC, our Add
recommendation on CHX and Hold for STO.
