Driving is fine, but believe it or not,

standing still is the worst/most painful for my back.

Walking not so good, but now that I'm doing a bit more,

back/knees might improve a little.

Visiting the caves might be too hard, although even just the entrance,

like the Grand Arch at Jenolan, is spectacular.

Can't kneel, but making a prospectors panning seat,

so should be all good.

Finding some gold at Tuena, would help ease the pain.

Wish I could remember where the abandoned mines were,

but it was 50 years ago, and I wasn't really paying attention.

The locals, (store owner) might know.

We took out some sizeable pieces of quartz, with around 10% gold.


Got the cameras, tripods, yabbie lines ready. Get to say good bye to my best mate,

died 16 months ago, have a beer with @Cabbie, see my Sis. go to so many

of the places that I went to growing up, looking forward to it.
