Allways time to help. Sounds too easy a fix.

Not sure if my prob. was/is the same as yours.

I'd read your initial post, and then later, when I went to watch

some YouTube stuff, had "no sound".

The little (speaker) icon, on the task bar, I left clicked on that.

Then 'clicked" on the bar in the volume scale.

Got mine going, but you may have a different prob?

A few days ago, others were discussing sound problems here,

an advanced search might find it.



I just right clicked on the speaker icon, it will take you to some troubleshooting fixes.
