The uncomfortable effort of thinking .. here's a video which might be of interest.
To me, this is one of the great macro forces affecting the First World, and I see it becoming more of an issue as time passes: instant gratification; mental laziness; the customer is always right; I want it now and I want it delivered; all of us now have a voice via the Internet - it's going to get very messy. Or maybe it's just time I retire and leave the future to young people, find a safe place and keep a low profile. Interesting stuff to think about
