They were all making about that much lol I was in the music scene at that time working as a receptionist for a recording studio in 1990 then met a guy in a band I started dating through a mutual friend.

Their album cost 250,000 to make and add to that the cost of the terrace house in Victoria street Potts Point they stayed at for months while they were in Sydney, the record company (molly’s) paid them a tiny amount each week and the rest went into paying off the album. The album never got paid off. They were a fairly well known band at that time.

When they weren’t playing gigs they were doing their day jobs. One of them who I am still friends with works in the industry still and he’s always been busy with session work.
