@madamswer I have no clue "who is right or wrong" nor do I have any idea of the potential losses, which is exactly the reason I was holding off pulling the trigger last week and taking a position.
I guess if the risk profile of this litigation was significant enough, DTL would have informed the market by now given it is in articles like the one I posted. So based on that logic, it should be safe to enter the water. Will continue to track DTL this week and buy on the lulls I think, fundamentals of DTL look solid.
