Thanks for response. Initially seemed that way to me also, as has U shape (sufficiently rounded?), not overly deep, decrease in volume at base and then increased volume to retest previous high and form cup edge...
but conflicting information is that it has not formed within much of an uptrend...
Best way to find out is to wait and see I guess.
