So what you’re really saying is that you don’t have any evidence and are making unsubstantiated claims about shorting the stock?
Shorts must be reported, simple rules, if you haven’t reported and are shorting then you are in violation of ASIC rules….if you are naked shorting which is physically impossible now, then you are breaching a myriad of rules
