You're spot on Legs11, could take up to 3 weeks for the Chinese to make it a binding offer. But I think they know already enough otherwise they wouldn't have come up with an offer. Or they just wanted to show their serious interest and be the first having a foot in the door.
Either way we have to wait and suffer a little bit more because of some selling it down to 2.3c for no real reason.
