DTS made this chart below dated 11th April 2021 but first made the charting thread when prices were 13c. Had Max Upside Target of 31.5c I guess I did DAMN WELL picking this heaps ahead of time for a great swing run-up for anyone who took it.
I had some annoying trades on this BUT I have attached my trading statements below. I started my journey in 2017 so the search goes back to my very first days. I have to say, I pick stocks great but trade them TERRIBLY!!!
I managed to completely cash out of this FRUSTRATING hold due to how SLOW and manipulated those U.S Instos were with price behaviour. I'm glad I was able to see signs in the price action at the lows calling big insiders to be buying it on market. Still was UNKNOWN as to their reasons why.
MANY MANY MONTHS LATER we found out they have indeed been very non transparent with their intentions of a Scheme Implementation (though they have been implementing the SCHEME right from the get go it seems) for YUM Brands to take over all their assets for a price of 23.5c (slightly off my 31.5c target)
2021 has been my worst year of trading. I wiped my 4 year career in about 4-5 months with a 75% loss in net profits and I'm almost right back to where I was in 2017 haha. Not everyone is a great analyst, and not everyone is a great trader. I clearly SUCK as a trader! Still a work in progress.
Managed a total profit of +$361.89 but wow $6,000 +?? My account is well under that now 
used to be $20,000 once upon a time working the markets like a DOG. Atleast I got myself a free PC out of it last year before FY started using trading profits haha! Only thing I have to actually show for 4 years of trading 
REGARDING THE OFFER & WHAT I WOULD DO?
Not that anyone has asked NOR IS THIS ADVICE but I cashed out ages ago and was not even able to vote. I wouldn't have bothered wasting my time either. They say "never trust a Jxx" for no reason. This is the reason why. I backed them for technical and fundamental reasons as I suspected they would have their best interests at heart and had to follow that money but never did I fall in love.
31.5c is still possible BUT there is absolutely ZERO EDGE in trying to buy any of this on market. Deal may fall through, they may never increase a target takeover price. Stock could gap down and shake anyone who did take it up high. Essentially it is PURE guess work even though the attached chart (Daily) below looks like 31.5c will be seen
Attached below is the Weekly and have mentioned I no longer have ANY interest in trading this company. There no longer is any edge in it, and "traders" have been uninterested in this for a while, with only Top 20 doing all the volume. Small accounts like me was good to trade it too but now has no edge whatsoever. A 23.5c linewipe of the sellers will bring in volume for a few cents higher of a move but not one I would hold into or trust.
Could get delisted or suspended which is a real risk on this now with it's unclear future
