Contacted the company yesterday, Rob Kidd said it was to do with machinery and tax credits. They were quite clever to change the payment for CMT from a cash payment of $3,000,000 to instalments as this way they can now get the courts to reduce the payments first agreed under the contract.
All in all, situation normal to a bit better over the next few weeks.
