You're not missing anything mate. DTZ has only been listed since November I think. It was an RTO relist from previously being Northern Iron (NFE) I believe.
Those that took up the Prospectus offer (maybe a few you have mentioned) would have made some decent coin on the first few weeks of relist. Since then DTZ has been in a downtrend but it's growing pains in my opinion and will do really well in time once a clear sign of income through contracts is established.
It's an industry that is in it's infancy and business are figuring our new ways to utilise GQDs every day. It's astounding really the applications. Plenty of good posts about them from some of the regulars here.
