Merrilands - this was a RTO late last year at 20c

Yes i have posted a few times my Avg is 32.5c, no issues at this point. Of course id love the price higher but if what i expect plays out with DTZ buying prices at this level will become irrelevant.

Pattern is this takes time to balance out till the register is tighter, we are still in that phase IMO. When it will end is anyones guess.

Of course the company could ann a binding deal with a major any day and then everything changes.

Ill give you some advice.....the only major returns i have achieved on the markets over the last 20 years have been patient plays 6mths+

I will hold this one till it plays out either way.....but i like my chances.

Not many stocks on the asx have

1. - Blue sky potential
2. - A product that is tested and being produced

De-risked here.

Only need the last step.....deals!

The chatter in anns makes me excited they are progressing well. Deals can take time but patience will be rewarded!
