Duel listing makes sense and I would like to see it happen as alternative energy coy's are received far more favourably and in general garner greater interest from European investors, but a duel list should be done Right and IMO the coy should not list unless it can afford to go all out and list on the main board LSE.
AIM is a notorious little sister who has a thing for players ..... less regulation leads to more funny business under the sheets.
If CWE and shareholders want an 'Investor base' as apposed to 'trader based' register, the chances of that are far greater when located on the Main Board .........
Now granted, It is a lot cheaper listing on and maintaining an AIM listing but there are reasons for that and in just about every case in live ........... If you pay peanuts you get monkeys, the same applies for LSE main v AIM

" [ It is well understood that
AIM is a more lightly regulated environment than the Main Market. The requirement that companies should have three years of trading history does not apply to AIM,
shareholder approval is only needed for the largest transactions, and financial disclosure and reporting requirements are generally less demanding.
Other so-called advantages of AIM are more intangible in practice. On paper the
UK corporate governance regime does not apply to AIM companies – but in reality businesses that expect to be taken seriously by institutional investors still need to show that they are more or less compliant.
The AIM rules set no minimum “free float” limit, in contrast with the Main Market’s 25 per cent; but AIM companies with very restricted public ownership can suffer significant reduction in liquidity.] "
Basically ... CWE should be careful swimming in a pool with more sharks ... than lifeguards
Don't "JUST DO IT" .... Do it Right ...........
