dual listing.....is this stock dilution?

From my understanding of "dual listing", we now have a separate legal entity which has issued it's own shares on the Frankfurt Exchange. A dual listed company shares the financial benefits/down-sides of the core operations. So...does this mean we have experienced a stock dilution for ASX CKK shareholders because there is another buncha stock in Europe which has to be taken into account....IMIGHTBE REALLYPISSEDOFFABOUTTHIS....if everything I say is so !....LEE
