Not totally true. As you would have seen with looksmart if there is a large movement here or in the us the other market reacts to the at on open of the next market basically its like a continuation of trading in the stock and the market cap will move with what the market wants to value it at but instead of valuing it for only a 6 hour trading session and then again the next day its valued for most of the day each day
