Like I said, one of those patents that the adder found relates directly to mach 5/50, the one that mentions cartridges with two projectiles ranging from 9 mm to 60mm, this is the adaption by Bofors I believe on what the DSTO has developed, it has all been happening in the background, and yes if you like under a shroud of secrecy, there has been a deliberate attempt by either the US or companies in the US to put a lid on anything related to metalstorm IMHO, you only have to look back at several announcements by metalstorm themselves, where they have won small contracts with company x for instance and where metalstorm have told us that they will tell us more once these companies give their permission, it never happened!

And this one by Locheed Martin relates to underwater firing of metalstorm electronically fired stacked supercavitating rounds, that are fired from a torpedo or or a unmanned underwater vehicle, which can return to a given point for reloading in the case of the UUV, something else that has been kept under wraps until now.
