The US has been patenting metalstorm tech for some time now, there was a patent that I posted here quite a while back now that showed a 120mm round made for a Tank's gun that had a number of 40mm barrels inside the round and in those barrels were electronically initiated stacked rounds,they just used the tanks gun as a cradle for firing, I presume the gun itself would have to be modified to allow firing, they were claiming the invention as their own, there was only a passing reference to metalstorm in it.

And who said the Yanks didn't want metalstorm technology?
