I wanted to share latest information regarding DUB and BluIp.
I have contacted BluIp in Nth America to request information regarding their call recording features and pricing, dealing only with their sales teams, for a US based multi-national client. Not a huge client, but 1,000-1,200 potential customers for DUB.
The people I have been in contact with in their sales team were not familiar with DUB, as in they have never heard of DUB, and promoted their own propriety voice recording solution called SmartRecord. Link here: "http://www.bluip.com/products-and-services/smartrecord"
I am now wondering if DUB has blatantly lied to the market in regards to BluiP? Or is selling a white-label solution and not even their clients staff are aware of it?
Does anyone have information on DUB and BluIp?
On 6 Nov 2016 DUB announced to market: Dubber opens up in North America with BluIP
BluIp currently has 2,000 recording subscribers and will offer call recording as an option for another 30,000 users ‘On-demand’ with a 12 month initial term.
