Having announced to market that BLUIP deal with 2,000 users was done and they were moving onto remaining 30,000 users, then 7 months later discovering that BLUIP haven't actually sold DUB to any users, or even commercialised it due to technical challenges is a massive concern. Announcements that are not true, or don't come true, is becoming a common theme here.
