I wanted to give a recent example of ICT system implementation delay closer to home, given the recent misunderstanding:
Delays as reported on 11 June 2013.
The planned opening of the $2 billion Fiona Stanley Hospital has been delayed by six months due to the complexity of the project, particularly its ICT system, the WA government has announced.

I'm sure anyone can find delay examples as I did, however, I'm not sure many can understand the complexities involved behind them?
