Yes not bad I guess. Someone is in there mopping up all the crap these guys are selling down with and making sure they aren't allowed to close it down too far. You only do that when you know your buying quality at quality prices.
I have heard nothing. I have talked to Rod before but in all honesty he only knows what has been announced. Steve can at least give you an idea of what is happening at the time and in the future.
