I think I found your smoking gun..

GoCloudIT was not just the trigger for Gavin Campion being granted Performance Shares with Dubber, but also with Knysosis.

Given that Gavin has pleaded guilty to the SEC asm Chairman of Kit Digital to "booking revenue from at least one dozen sham license agreements” we can clearly see the same modus operendai being done in Australia with DUB and KNO.  

Both companies that Gavin has ‘taken’ to market have distribution agreements with GoCloudIT.

So who is GoCloudIT?
