I have been asked to provide more supporting information regarding DUB and I wanted to reverence the comments you made about Steve being paid $150,000 as a discretionary bonus. Especially as this reflects both on the governance of the Board, and also provides opportunity for more clarification around what triggered this discretionary spend.
Can you share with me the date and what document you found this in.
