Kampac have exited the SC60 JV. with Shell.
Kampac which is state owned Kuwait have had a decline on profit and oil re last info available from web site.
They have more than 1.2 billion in capital and they want to increase production.
They will have there hand up I am sure in the current Data room for a farmin. That is speculation on my part.
Kufpec also stated in 2012 report re the Galoc Field further development as in Galoc Nth. Think though that Otto will be trying to tie that in after possible farmin of Hawkeye. 247
