Kufpec is the state owned Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration company.
They have access to huge funds via Kuwait Government.
Kufpec...Emirates . will want to get long term access to oil and gas from the Phillipines if possible. Who and how will they acheive that.
If we get that right then better than a Lotto ticket.
I'd put my lucky dip money on Otto.
