Whilst travelling I noticed a brief article in the Khaleej Times on 8th May which advertised that Dubai is planning to hold a diabetes summit on 5-6 Oct 2010. The Summit is to highlight the rising prevalence of diabetes in the Middle East and hopes to focus on innovative and strategic approaches to combating diabetes.
It stated that researchers estimate 4.4% of the world population will be diabetic by 2030 which was equated to 366 million people.
I will ask if LCT will be attending this summit?
