Did anyone ask at the AGM about the $15m Dubai loan ... specifically:
1. When will it be taken up
2. Whether the loan was "subject to" any conditions (eg: 10,000 oz production in Dec qtr)
An article in the Australian suggests that CTO is still close to the bone cash wise ... the $15m may change this position radically.
