Diverting funds to where results for shareholders are most likely seems a fundamentally sound move by someone appointed to direct PRR on the world-stage. Listing in Frankfurt should not be undervalued as well if one seeks institutional and/or private investors from within the top economies.
I sold at 20 and am looking at PRR very closely.
