Happycats i can't comment on slavery but what i can say is that i have a friend thats a buisnessman and he has made like 15 trips to Dubai in the last 1.5 to 2years and most of the workers from house maids to the construction industry are of an english speaking country such as india
and especially the phillipines and if there is no work they simply get sent back home although their rights are improving.
