    Hi All

    Dubai does have oil I am told - but bugger all left - has been propped up by the other Arab States - I am led to believe that they do not charge tax as such in Dubai which is one of the main draw cards to conduct commerce there - maybe that will now change

    Please feel free to correct me as I am going off what I gleaned from a trip there about 3 years ago
