Google shows that people have rated it 4.45/5 from 48 reviews. People consider it good value. Google Places Listing The quality is good, so hopefully they can turn around the finances without needing to do the proposed transaction with the related party (details in the half yearly)...
As for the location it's in the middle of everything. Just kilometers from the man made island thingy and luxury shopping center.Google Maps Listing
The reviews, while mainly giving 5/5 ratings, many of them mention 'under construction' like car parking and missing features that were claimed to exist like a golf course. So the visitors are happy, but they could be even more happy and paying more if the supplier had delivered to us as promised. This is why the legal proceedings continue.
I don't know what to expect from our Dubai hotel in the coming 12 months... All I know is that I expect good things from our core operations.
