I recall reading recently about PRR deploying its cancer vaccine in Dubai in an Arab Emirates sponsored super health clinic to promote medical tourism. They did this as a precursor to EU and US deployment, as it was a lot quicker and it got product to people that needed it.

Why couldn't TIS look at this? I understood diabetes was a major issue in the Arab world.
