re: cto loan Jan 9th was procedural stuff regarding filing of Supreme Court motion
Jan 24th hearing in US Court of Appeal 2nd Circuit: I haven't heard of MAA lawyers' comments yet; decision could be days or months but regardless of result I know lawyers confident it will provide an avenue to Supreme Court hearing.
Press stuff about criminal case is wide of the mark but raises some interesting contradictions in the US Govt story; if MAA wins release I bet civil action will be subsequently declared illegal & criminal case will fall over!
