what are the rules of the Dubai exchange. we see that you must be a 75million coy to list. But stocks rise and fall. If you list and then fall in value is there a margin of grace in respect to time to recover and the amount of value lost.

My point is I am sure CVI don't want to just get to 75mill and then list. they would have to be leaving room for error. Don't forget in the last correction there were some really good spec stocks that lost more than 50% of their value in a fortnight when momentum was against them. So whaddoyareckon ?? add another 75 mill on top of the market cap to make sure ?? That may be a little hopeful at this point but maybe that is what they will be aimimg for. At least I think it will be a fair bit more than just 75 mill.
