I think your answer is in the number of telcos that committed after Cisco/BroadCloud announcement. Plus the IBM partnership is making Dubber an attractive platform that enables telcos to move cost from capex to opex, and not have to forecast growth - its a pay as you go for the customer and the telco can make money as a value added service.
