1. Costs are virtually certain to come in higher than what was estimated at the last 4C
2. Management have recently presented and could have come out saying they’ve hit the million per month milestone. Because they haven’t that’s creating doubt on sales growth strength
3. Key customers are pushing out their trading terms which will impact cash conversion / working capital
4. All of the above creates some doubt. They often sell in doubt

I have waited patiently to top up. Let’s see if it gets to my buy level. Long term still looks good and I don’t see a need for a cap raise unless there’s some sort of acquisition

on operating cash outflow, what would you be happy with?

i am thinking anything less than -$4.7M. this provides $150k additional staff costs and another $150k for product manufacturing costs. reasonable considering their signficant hiring activities in Q4-19... they increased staff costs $450k against Q3-19 ($1.8M annualised) - plenty of additional sales and account staff right there.
