I am waiting for end user endorsement - underlying corporate customer with telco and IBM - this will signal to the market the commercial aspect.
Call recording is mandated in a lot of industries - before you even take into account the commercial aspect of AI.
Think this quarter and next could be the turning point. The encumbent call recording companies are not going to sit back and watch - could easily b a handful of suitors interested in Dubber.
