I don't think it's an emergency raise at all ... if you read what the company is doing.. especially with its latest deal with Verizon a company with 125 million subscribers plus all the other Telcos on board creating at least one billion clients ... All screaming for Dubbers products like yesterday it would seem to me perhaps because of the enormous pressures of growth they should capitalise on it...
