Thats a rediculous statement.
When the share price was 50c, the markets were in freefall with huge uncertainties about the future direction, now it has stabilised and started recovering.
When the share price was 50c, we did not know about the Verizon deal.
When the share price was 50c, we did not know the User numbers at March.
When the share price was 50c, that was the consensus price based on all the information available at that time.
Before the trading halt, the consensus price was over 80c.
Management have taken advantage of the situation to gift themselves part of our company at more than a 25% discount to the current consensus price.
This deal stinks, imo.
